GearEssentials

We have been exploring penis pumps at gear essentials.  As we continue to road-test these products (which are new to gear essentials) we will post our reactions and reviews here for your benefit.  They look intense and painful.  Are they?  Do they work?

My first experience with penis pumps was several years ago.  I thought they looked hot and my natural curiosity got the best of me!  I found that I enjoyed taking a hot bath after a good workout at the club and continued my workout in the bathtub--on my cock!  The stimulation was intense and highly enjoyable.  My orgasms were huge (over the shoulder!) The sense of fullness and added girth would last long after my session ended.  I played with this toy until one day it broke.  (It was a less expensive pump so I got my monies worth.)

Urologists view the penis pump—or "vacuum constriction device," as it's called in the business—as a reasonable, low-cost treatment for erectile dysfunction. A report from the American Urological Association says that constriction devices "might be useful in cases where PDE5-inhibitor drugs like Viagra are ineffective".

A Leather Daddy Pumps Up His Rod with a Penis Pump

Penis (or head) pumps consist of an acrylic tube with a pumping mechanism (a squeeze ball, hand grip, plunger or electric device). As the air is pumped out of the tube, the resulting vacuum created in the tube increases blood flow into the erectile tissue.  The dick is expanded to maximum size. A "constriction ring" or cock ring worn around the base of the penis maintains the erection (because the blood flow is kept in) when the tube is removed.

Some guys feel that a vacuum erection doesn't feel like the real thing; others report an amazing increase in sensitivity and pleasure in intercourse or masturbation. The resulting erection has been described as "spongy and semi-flaccid," purplish in color, and sometimes cold (however, you will quickly warm that erection up with some self-loving!)  Regardless, clinical studies find high rates of satisfaction among those who receive the vacuum treatment for Erectile Dysfunction.

Some men (known as "pumpers") use penis pumps for masturbation or to increase their length or girth. To accomplish pumping, experts suggest three to four 30-minute sessions each week over a period of several months. Some say this doesn't work; however, there is this guy at my gym who pumps and he has the hugest package you have ever seen.  (This is frankly a cautionary tale.  Contrary to popular belief, there can be too much of a good thing!)

While we are on the cautions, don't overdo it. The American Urological Association recommends that you should avoid excessive pressure. Excessive pumping with excess pressure can cause penile bruising, or—in extreme cases—very serious tissue damage.  So keep your sessions short and repeat often.  It's kind of like powerlifting to build muscle!

Working His Balls with His Penis Pump

Penis pumps can be used on your balls and tits too--any tissue that you want to 'grow'.  We will post more blogs about that in the future.

gear essentials currently carry the Beginner's Power Pump (if you are just interested in taking it out for a spin or two) at $15.95.  If you want something more heavy-duty try the Max Precision Power Pump at $64.95.  This style includes a pistol grip pump (very handy) as well as a gauge showing the amount of pressure.  Or, if you want to enlarge your mushroom head, check out the Penis Head Enlarger--it's also great for nipple enlargement and retails for $24.95.

When pumping, take time to enjoy.  Best of all, take the time to engage in intercourse or jacking off when you are done.  You will enjoy having the extra girth at your fingertips and your sensitivity will be heightened!  ENJOY!
